MP-Squared Structural Engineers Celebrates 20 Years in Business!
MP-Squared (MP2) is marking a significant milestone this year as we celebrate 20 years of client-focused structural engineering.
Founded in 2005 by Mark Puccio (CEO) and Melissa Peyton (CFO), MP2 currently employs 15 full-time employees in Madison and one in the Fox Valley area. In addition to being a 50% woman-founded business, we employ one of the highest rates of female engineers to total engineers in the area!

Since our founding, MP2 has built a thriving business by prioritizing relationships with clients, partners and employees.
Our CEO Mark Puccio sums it up best: “We treat each client as if they were our only client. We’re practicing structural engineering, but this is still very much a service industry.
“We had both worked for large companies where leaders pushed fiscal budget ahead of doing great work. We wanted the freedom to let budget take a backseat to quality and excellence.”
