When it comes to solving engineering problems, Melissa’s laser-like ability to focus is a great asset. But as much as she loves quietly diving deep and finding a solution, Melissa says a round of intense collaboration can be just as rewarding—and productive.

Melissa is a founding principal and co-owner of MP-Squared. She’s responsible for project management and structural design, in addition to numerous other duties that keep MP-Squared providing exceptional services. With over over 29 years of structural engineering experience, she’s brought her expertise in design and analysis to hundreds of commercial, industrial, and government projects.

Her experience has involved working with a wide range of structural systems, including steel, reinforced concrete, timber, and masonry. She also brings expertise in feasibility studies, building investigations, structural evaluations, and strengthening designs for existing structures.
