Background:

As a licensed structural engineer, Matt Mohapp has spent the past five years leading the structural design and execution of a wide variety of small- to mid-sized projects. His work involves overseeing all phases of the design process, from initial concept through construction documentation and permitting, to continued involvement during construction.

Matt has extensive experience with a broad range of project types, including multi-story residential and mixed-use buildings, agricultural structures, light commercial buildings and building retrofits and additions. He brings a strong understanding of structural systems—wood, steel, concrete, and masonry—and consistently delivers efficient, code-compliant designs tailored to the specific needs of each project.

His strength in project management is evident when managing multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining direct communication with clients, architects, contractors and permitting authorities.

Matt’s work is supported by strong proficiency in Revit, which he uses to produce clear, coordinated construction documents and to streamline collaboration across disciplines. Throughout each project, he maintains a focus on practical, buildable solutions and high-quality deliverables.
