This luxury lodge and cutting-edge indoor waterpark is nestled amongst the beautiful Catskill Mountains in New York.  The hotel contains 324 luxury suites totaling 220,000 sf and is steel framed with composite steel beams and joists supporting concrete pan floors.  The 102,000 sf two story lobby core contains restaurant, spa, retail space, entertainment center and conference center.  It is framed with steel beams and columns supporting precast concrete floors and metal roof deck.  The indoor waterpark is approximately 106,000 sf and the roof is created using glue-laminated wood arches and see-through Texlon roof system to create a unique indoor experience. Low roof framing around waterpark perimeter consists of glue-laminated wood beams with tongue and groove wood decking.  The waterpark also boasts a 7,000 sf concrete two-way slab mezzanine that has private cabanas and bar. The Resort was named “2019 Dream Design” by Aquatics International and won the World Waterpark Association 2019 Leading Edge Award.
