MP-Squared provided the structural design for this three-story apartment building. The building totals 42 apartment units with one level of underground parking. The structural system consists of conventionally wood-framed, parallel chord wood floor trusses and dimension lumber exterior wood studs over a precast concrete pedestal, with below-grade level parking.
