MP-Squared provided the structural design for a four-story luxury apartment building with two levels of underground parking overlooking Lac La Belle. The building has 62 apartment units and comprises four stories of conventionally wood-framed construction consisting of parallel chord wood floor trusses and dimension lumber exterior wood studs over two levels of precast concrete planks, with two levels of below-grade parking. The first floor precast level also supports an exterior courtyard.
