MP-Squared provided the structural design for the Arctic Exhibit at the Henry Vilas Zoo, an initiative to “bring the bears back to Madison.” The expansive project included new bear and seal holding buildings, a restaurant for indoor dining overlooking the bear yard, and two pools, one for the bears and one for seals, both with underwater viewing areas. We also provided retaining wall design for enclosing two new bear yards, as well as design services for several viewing area structures.
