SERVICES: Wood and foundation design

The Glen Grove apartment building consists of a three-story, wood-framed structure in a “U” shape, over a precast podium that provides a full level of underground parking. 

This WHEDA-funded apartment building provides affordable housing in the Cottage Grove area. A total of 20 units in the building are reserved for households where a member of the family has a permanent disability.

Amenities include a fitness room, community room and storage units on each floor.
