SERVICES: Foundation Design and Wood Framing Design

This four-story, wood-framed apartment complex in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, was completed in 2024 and offers contemporary living with Midwestern charm. At 145,000 sf. with 108 units, Colorado Commons was designed with future growth in mind and will help meet the area’s ever increasing demand for multifamily housing.

MP2 did the foundation and wood framing design for the building. Its exterior combines lap siding, cedar textured beams and stone masonry for a luxurious look. Beneath the building, an underground parking garage includes EV charging stations, electrical and mechanical spaces and tenant amenities such as a pet wash. Living and community spaces include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment homes, a swimming pool and a fitness center.
