MP-Squared provided the structural design for a five-story student housing building with one level of underground parking. The building totals 14 units and 42 bedrooms, and comprises four stories of conventionally wood-framed construction consisting of parallel chord wood floor trusses and dimension lumber exterior wood studs over two floors of precast concrete planks, with one level of below-grade bike and moped parking. The site required zero-lot- line footing design along two foundation walls.
