MP-Squared worked closely with the architectural team on this residential multifamily development. The Bela Springs (formally Avalon) apartment building consists of a four-story, wood framed structure in a “U” shape, over a precast podium that provides a full level of underground parking. A unique feature of this project is the large, centrally located courtyard between the three residential wings of the building. Amenities include a clubroom, fitness room and storage rooms on each floor. With the addition of 173 units, this project will help serve the increased demand for quality housing in the Fitchburg area.
